Research Summary:-

The present study dealt with a numerical study and a process to study flow patterns and thermal comfort in public places (Ibn Al Haytham Hall).

It is considered one of the most important applications of air conditioning, which depends on the comfort of people in the room on the approach of air circulation and the distribution of temperature and relative humidity so the study focused on the places of entry and exit of air and air speed and temperature in order to get the best thermal comfort for people in the room and the best efficiency of air use.

The researcher presented the dynamic calculations of CFD fluids using the FLUENT 6.2 program, which solved the equations of mass conservation and the amount of movement and energy in addition to the model (k-ε) to describe the flow of the polar.

The seminar was attended by the Graduate Studies Committee and a number of graduate and graduate students.
