The famous British Times classification issued / 2021 to classify the impact of world universities,   University of Anbar advanced to the 401 rank in the world out of 1115 universities residing in the ranking, and with this progress the university ranked second among Iraqi universities after Basra University. This classification is concerned with the United Nations' sustainable development goals, and it is one of the branches of the famous British Times classification. It is worth noting that University of Anbar participated for first time in this classification last year and ranked 10/ Iraq / 601 in  world, and here it is participating this year for the second time to obtain the second place in Iraq and the rank 401 globally,  this is a great  achieved through the implementation of the scientific plans drawn by  presidency of the university.
