Therefore, when planning new cities or expanding existing cities, it is necessary to identify the nature of the available capabilities, which can be used in creating An economic basis that contributes to providing a variety of activities to operate the city’s residents who are able to work, to ensure a guaranteed income and enhance their purchasing power, which helps to move the wheels of other fields such as commercial, service, urban and industrial, to avoid stagnation and economic weakness in cities where there are no job opportunities in all fields.
