The availability of the ingredients that help to establish it, so the dominant activity is the most fortunate of those ingredients, so cities vary in their activities depending on that, some of them are attractive to the population and some are repelling to it because it is not Provide sufficient job opportunities to absorb them, and the ingredients may not be limited to the city but to its surrounding territory, and the potential it contains that contribute to supporting its economy. Therefore, when planning new cities or expanding existing cities, it is necessary to identify the nature of the available capabilities, which can be used in creating An economic basis that contributes to providing a variety of activities to operate the city’s residents who are able to work, to ensure a guaranteed income and enhance their purchasing power, which helps to move the wheels of other fields such as commercial, service, urban and industrial, to avoid stagnation and economic weakness in cities where there are no job opportunities in all fields.
