Third Dialogue Seminar

 The University of Anbar's president sponsored the third conversation seminar hosted by the Center of Strategic Studies. The president of the university's administrative assistant is present at the seminar, which is titled "Iraqi Provincial Election, Maps and Features. There were three axes and three themes in the seminar. The first discusses  “The elections from a valid perspective” is presented by Dr. Mohamed . “The electoral system and the procedures for transforming votes into seats in the provincial council elections”” comprise the second axis (Anbar province, a case study)by  Dr. Moataz Ismail Khalaf. The third axis is “the outcomes and outlook for the governorate council elections” by Dr. Falah Mubarak Bardan,  Head of the Department of  Future Studies and Management  of Crisis. The Center for Strategic Studies' Director, Prof. Dr. Thaer Shaker Mahmoud, led the seminar, which was attended by all staff members of the institution. The scientific symposium produced recommendations that would be forwarded to the appropriate authorities.
