Participation of the College of Engineering - Anbar University in the central graduation ceremony of the 33rd session of the Al-Aqsa Flood, which was held by Anbar University.
Under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi, under the supervision of Professor Dr. Mushtaq Talib Saleh Al-Nada, President of Anbar University, and in the presence of the representative of His Excellency the Minister of Education, Professor Dr. Adnan Al-Jumaili, the Governor of Anbar, a number of presidents of Iraqi universities, and a number of department directors in the governorate, and in conjunction with the university’s celebrations of the 36th anniversary. Anbar University held its annual graduation ceremony for the thirty-third session of its students, the Al-Aqsa Flood batch, for the academic year 2022-2023.
The College of Engineering participated in this celebration, represented by the Dean of the College of Engineering, Prof. Dr. Ameer Abdul Rahman Hilal, distinguished assistants and department heads, and a number of faculty members and graduate students.
The ceremony began with the playing of the Iraqi national anthem and the anthem of Anbar University, then the recitation of a verse from the Holy Quran, the reading of Surat Al-Fatihah for the souls of the martyrs of Iraq and Palestine, and the showing of a documentary film about Anbar University.
The University President confirmed that our university has achieved an advanced leadership position locally, regionally and internationally in many important international classifications and has had a distinguished and effective presence in various major academic forums.

Then the representative of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research delivered a speech in which he congratulated the university students on their graduation, conveying to them the greetings of His Excellency the Minister and wishing them and all the teaching staff good luck and success.
Then, the scientific assistant, Prof. Dr Wissam Hashim Khalil, called on the university president to award the bachelor’s degree to the students, and the students repeated the general oath that the scientific assistant recited to them.
Then the university chant group performed songs that embodied the suffering of the Palestinian people, and the ceremony concluded with a film showing that embodied the meaning of the Palestinian cause and the valiant resistance of the people of Palestine against the Zionist entity.
