Dr. Amir Abdel Rahman Helal, Dean's Assistant for Scientific Affairs and a Rapporteur, "Dr. Mohamed Abdel Ahmed, Head of Mechanical Engineering Department, during which Dr. Ismail Hussein Ali taught at the Faculty of Education for Human Sciences a lecture focused on discussing the application of scientific standards in the development of tests and questions , As the lecturer explained the mechanism used in measuring the scientific level of students The lecture was a thorough discussion and raised many questions and inquiries and interventions by a number of heads of scientific departments and examination committees It is worth mentioning that the system or classification (bloom - blo om) and (crathoul) is one of the most common systems "among teachers, and the objectives were classified under this system to three are: - 1. Cognitive (cognitive). 2. Psychological field (performance). 3. Emotional area (emotional). The workshop was attended by the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs and the heads of the scientific departments and the exam committees and teaching staff at the college
