Seminar held by the Department of Civil Engineering

The Department of Civil Engineering - Faculty of Engineering - University of Anbar and within the framework of the activities of the scientific weekly for the academic year 2018/2019 Seminar seminar for professors of the department and postgraduate students - Masters under the title:

(Post Graduate Research Proposals - Master)

On the Ibn al-Haytham Hall for discussions in the section Tuesday, 26/3/2019.

Two lectures were given during the seminar:

 First, delivered by a. M . Dr. Akram Shaker Mahmoud ,,, addressed the presentation of topics proposed for the titles of the Master's thesis for students of the academic year 2018 - 2019. Modern topics and topics dealing with technical and engineering problems in various fields of structural engineering were characterized.

The topics were discussed in a way that will explain to the master students the details of the research work and the scientific and technical tracks that will be carried out during the research period.

The second lecture, in which a. M . Dr. Muayed Abdul-Jabbar Ahmed presented a proposal for a master's thesis in the field of road engineering, which includes a new method to address the problems of roads built on saline soil, and a presentation of the technical problems associated with the existence of these salts.

It is worth mentioning that the Ministry has confirmed to more than aunts about providing successful students in the first round with the subjects of their messages in order to optimize the time and invest all efforts in the service of society and openness to the relevant departments and companies.

The seminar was attended by members of the scientific committee, a number of faculty members in the department and postgraduate students for the research and preparatory years.
