In accordance with the directives of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, respectable and special about the establishment of scientific visits to the sites of application.

Department of Electrical Engineering - Faculty of Engineering - Anbar University under the supervision of a. M . Dr. Amir Abdul Rahman Hilal, Dean of the College, visited the second stage of the project to the East Ramadi / Sufiya power station, one of the main stations for the transfer of electric power in Ramadi on Wednesday 20/3/2019.

 

During the course of their visit, the students were accompanied by the following teachers:

The receptionist was the station manager and the engineers supervising it.

During the visit, the teachers and students were briefed on the most important sections of the station and how it works, which enhances the theoretical aspect of the students on how to receive 132 kv lines and reduce them to 33kv and then to 11kv for the needs of the station and residential areas. In addition, In control rooms and maintenance.

It was a successful and successful visit that added scientific and practical information to the students to their theoretical information.

 

At the end of the visit, the teachers and students expressed their thanks and appreciation to the engineers supervising the station for their explanation and information about the station and wish them success in their work.
