Seminar held by the Department of Civil Engineering

The Department of Civil Engineering - Faculty of Engineering - University of Anbar and within the activities of the first cultural week of the College seminar seminar for the professors of the department and postgraduate students - Masters in particular (proposals for research graduate students - Masters)

Dr. Gamal Abdel Wahid Farhan, in collaboration with Dr. Zeid Mohamed Kani, presented a master thesis project entitled:

Fire performance of high-strength fiber reinforced self-complected concrete double reinforced beams.

The study is new of its kind at the level of Iraq and the world to discuss the disposal of thresholds manufactured from concrete and self-adhesive and armed with iron fibers and reinforcing bars in the areas of tension and compression under the influence of fire ,,,

What distinguishes this study also is that "a new device has been manufactured in the construction laboratory for high temperature and mechanical load service at the same time and this is another precedent in Iraq to the knowledge of researchers.

The seminar was attended by the head of the civil engineering department, the members of the scientific committee, a number of faculty members in the department and graduate students for the research and preparatory years.
