The aim of the study is a molecular study on the prediction of breast cancer through polymorphisms of three target genes, two of which are regulatory genes, each of the microRNA gene 21 and the microRNA gene 449b, while the third gene is the fourth programmed cell death gene (PDCD4). The study included the polymorphisms of these genes and their effect on breast cancer and the study of the pattern. Haplotypes for these variants and their effect on susceptibility to the disease. The levels of programmed cell death protein IV were also studied in patient samples.
