The Director of the Center at the University The Director of the Center shall exercise the following powers: 1. Supervising the work performance of the Center and following up the activities of the employees. 2. Distribution of tasks among employees working in the Center for the conduct of work. 3. Approve the granting of regular leave not to exceed two weeks and approve sick leave. 4. Recommending the approval of regular and sick leave for more than two weeks in addition to the academic leave. 5. Recommend the imposition of a penalty on the workers who are in default. 6. Proposing books of thanks and appreciation to distinguished and creative workers. 7. Recommending the granting of promotion and promotion allowances from one degree to another for the Center's staff. 8. Recommending the appointment, placement and dispensing of the services of any of the employees of the Center in accordance with the laws and regulations in force. 9. Representing the Center in scientific and technical conferences and seminars within the scope of its center. 10. Distribution of tasks and responsibilities among the employees of the Center, which helps to develop the work performance and improve within the center. 11. Recommending the dispatch of employees of the Center inside and outside the crossing. 12. Recommending the granting of various allowances to all employees in the Center. 13. Evaluate the performance of the employees in the Center and submit them to the relevant authorities. 14. Appointment of a temporary contract for employees of the Center to fill the shortage of staff and to ensure the work progress. 15.
