The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research issued a ministerial order to form committees to supervise and evaluate the outputs participating in the Iraqi Science Day Award and according to the following five axes: 1) The Distinguished Scientific Journal Award 2) The Center or Research Unit Award. 3) Patent and Intellectual Property Award. 4) Award for distinguished research published in an international or local journal. 5) The Distinguished Graduation Project Award for the students of the outgoing classes. Accordingly, Prof. Dr. Fahmy Ahmed Farhan Al-Janabi, an instructor at the College of Education for Humanities, University of Anbar, Department of History and Director of the Quality Assurance and University Performance Division, was chosen for membership in the Distinguished Research Award Committee published in an international or local scientific journal in the field of humanities and social sciences. The Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Taha Ibrahim Shabib, congratulated Prof. Dr. Fahmy Ahmed Farhan for choosing the ministry and wished him all success in his duties.
