Registration and Student Affairs Division:

It is one of the administrative divisions of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, which includes two units

(Tasks)

1- Managing, organizing and following up student affairs for students of preliminary studies in the college and coordination with all related entities.

2- Follow-up the implementation of the plan to accept the initial studies of the college and submit a study in case of the emergence of the results of the central admission.

3- Preparing educational calendar studies for different student phenomena and making appropriate recommendations when requesting them or issuing laws or instructions that should be evaluated .

4- Managing and organizing the admission of graduates through a special committee proposed to be formed annually.

5- Signing of documents and wall certificates for graduates.

6- Preparing issues for student decisions, instructions and laws periodically to ensure that they continue to be issued.

7- Supervising the performance of work in the department and following up the activities of the employees and distributing tasks and responsibilities between the members of the department and in order to contribute to the development and improvement of the performance of the work.

8- Representing the department in scientific and educational conferences and seminars and standing and temporary committees.

(Duties)

- To generally support all student decisions and instructions issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research on colleges and follow up their implementation and answer the inquiries received about them.

- Recommendation and approval in all matters relating to students that are included in the records of the college and institute councils (postponement, failure, promotion of restriction, failure, disciplinary punishment etc.

- Consideration of applications submitted by college students in accordance with student instructions and decisions issued by the ministry and the university.

- Answer to the books received from the Ministry related to student affairs in the colleges and institutes of the university after seeing the study biography and the opinion of the deanship of the college for each case.

- Implementation of the ministry's books regarding forged students and their uncles on colleges and institutes and inform the college or institute to take legal measures against them

- Approaching the Ministry on cases of forgery of students' documents.

- Preparing student parking or the data or information it requires .

- Generalize the instructions for students who have their restrictions, cross the college and answer their own queries.

- Follow-up audit of documents for preparatory study for those accepted in each academic year .

- Answering the observations and inquiries of the Department of Supervision and Finance with regard to student affairs as well as forged students and checking documents for students admitted to colleges and university institutes.

- Coordination with the Department of Legal, Administrative/Legal Affairs on measures taken in the field of disciplinary sanctions for students as well as forged students.

- Generally instructing the loss of records (mastersheet) and sending the lost years and according to the scientific sections to the Ministry and answering the inquiries received in this regard

-  Regulating the movement of students between colleges and universities and in accordance with instructions from the Ministry.

- Implementation of hosting orders to and from our colleges received by the Ministry / Central Admissions
