مكارم التركي , بدأت مسيرتها الاكاديمية في كلية علوم الحاسبات وتكنلوجيا المعلومات- جامعة الانبار - العراق منذ سنة 2004 , حصلت على شهادة البكلوريوس في الرياضيات في العراق من جامعة الانبار - كلية التربية للبنات- قسم الرياضيات في سنة 1996, واكملت مسيرتها العلمية في الحصول على شهادة الماجستير في الجبر في العراق من الجامعة المستنصرية - كلية التربية- قسم الرياضيات سنة 2002-2003, ونالت شهادة الدكتوراه في Algebraic Coding Theory في تركيا من جامعة اسطنبول - كلية العلوم والفنوان - قسم الرياضيات - سنة 2017.
