المدرس احسان حميان صبار , هو احد تدريسيي قسم الهندسة الكهربائية في جامعة الانبار منذ العام 2012م. حصل على درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الفيزياء من جامعة بغداد عام 2008م , وعلى درجة الماجستير من جامعة بغداد في تخصص الالكترونيات عام 2010م وعلى درجة الماجستير من جامعة ميشيغان الغربية في الولايات المتحدة الامريكية عام 2014م ومن ثم على الدكتوراة من جامعة توليدو الولايات المتحدة الامريكية في الفيزياء النظرية وهندسة انتشار المواد عام 2018م
