Arwa Hatem obtained her BSc in Computer Science from the University of Twin Tech (IUCTT), Malaysia (2009) and her MSc specializing in Computer Science from University Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), Malaysia (2012). She also did her Ph.D. in Computer Science at University Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), Malaysia (2017).
  Her research interest falls under Artificial Intelligence with Big data analysis and Natural Language Processing (NLP), particularly in Machine Translation and Data base area that involves different real-world applications and Natural Language Processing, such as machine translation, Speech recognition, and multimedia learning.
