Rehabilitation And Employment Unit

This unit is concerned with communicating with college graduates and students in general and qualifying them for work through a number of programs and workshops. It is also concerned with building bridges of interaction between the student and the labor market represented by the government sector and the local and international private sector and marketing to them.

This unit contributes to building an advanced society on which all state institutions are based to keep pace with practical developments and update the information provided to the student to develop his capabilities so that he can be employed in the future to serve the country.

The goal of the unit is to help graduates and students develop and build their personal, scientific and applied practical capabilities and life skills in a manner consistent with the labor market, which gives them the opportunity to compete for jobs after their graduation in both the government and private sectors, locally or internationally, and work to spread the culture of the importance of the private sector and reduce the burden on the public sector.

The unit's strategy is to prepare specialized studies that contribute to identifying the strengths and weaknesses of graduates, their educational path, and identifying their areas of opportunity for the labor market.
The vision of the Rehabilitation and Employment Unit is to develop and build the scientific, practical and personal skills and capabilities of students in a way that is compatible with the local and international requirements of the labor market.
