Legality Section
This section is responsible for participating in investigative committees in the college for teachers, employees, and students, signing transactions related to the work of the unit, following up on lawsuits filed by the college against others and vice versa, combating administrative and financial corruption in the college to ensure and implement regulations, laws, and instructions issued by higher authorities, providing consultations. Legal services to clarify legal texts or express a legal opinion on a specific issue for any administrative unit in the college.
