Human Resources

The Human Resources Division is considered one of the important divisions in the college and is linked to the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs. It is concerned with all administrative matters related to the college.

According to the organizational structure of the College of Dentistry / Anbar University, the Administrative Division consists of the following units:

 1- Documents Incoming and outgoing unit:

It is concerned with the process of official Documents related to the college’s official correspondence with other parties, as well as the process of receiving the college’s official mails from universities and other parties and recording it in an official record in preparation for distributing it to the college’s departments, divisions, and units after informing the college administration of it and directing it according to specialization.

2- Human Resources Unit:

Completing all employee transactions, including faculty members and employees, and following up on the staffing and updating it according to the changes that occur in it.

Completing all administrative matters related to official correspondence with other parties and working as a channel of communication between the college and its various departments, divisions and units with other universities and various state institutions, and managing and organizing internal and external mail.

 Follow up on the validity of the issuance of academic documents and certificates for new associates and appointees.

3- Retirement Unit:

It is responsible for organizing the retirement transactions for our college members and sending them to the Retirement Division at Anbar University. It is also responsible for the process of preserving the employees’ university orders in their personal files. It also prepares the regular leave books for presidential employees. It is also entrusted with completing retirement transactions and preparing the retirement service book for the administrative side, as well as organizing Service summaries for employees for multiple purposes.

4- Archive and electronic archiving unit:

This unit preserves university orders, priorities of university orders, and official correspondence incoming and outgoing from and to various ministries, colleges, and various agencies in a modern way that makes it easy to obtain them with complete ease when needed. The electronic archive unit has become one of the most important units in the division, and its employees have made exceptional efforts in order to Preserving the official books received from the various ministries, universities, divisions and units of the Presidency of the University and the rest of the university’s colleges, as well as the private personal files of our college’s members, by archiving them electronically for reference in case they are needed.
