Postgraduate Awardings
The Viva defence of the PhD student (Zaid Qasim Mohammed Aliwi) from the department of Arabic Language was held on the 29th of November 2018 at Al-Jahiz hall. The thesis is entitled as ‘The Replies of Abi Hayyan Al-Andalusi, Died 745 AH, on the Grammarians in his Book ‘The Appendix and Supplement in Explaining the Book of Facilitation’. The viva committee consisted of the following names along with their titles:
