Opening up prospects for scientific cooperation with Turkish universities


As part of the research program of Professor Dr. Isam Mohammed Abdulhameed at Ankara University in Turkey and by preparing a seminar on: ‎‎(modelling the use of saline water in irrigation), which received the attention of the attendees and the desire of some to give Dr. Isam an intensive course of optimization. He stressed his willingness to teach this subject to benefit those interested in this field and post graduate students through a memorandum of scientific cooperation between Ankara University and University of Anbar.

Dr. Isam Mohammed Abdulhameed is one of the researchers of the Upper Euphrates Basin Development Centre and has been director of this centre for twelve years and supervised a number of postgraduate students in the department of water resources and has obtained a degree at Ankara Turkish University as part of the research fellowship program based by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

A draft scientific cooperation memorandum has been prepared by University of Anbar with The University of Ankara and deliberation with Dr. Sonay OK and Dr. Onur Akca, for the possibility of adopting this agreement, which we hope will serve the researchers and students of both universities.
