Shura: seeking opinion from its people, and deferring consideration of it, in order to arrive at an opinion that is in agreement with what is correct. The researchers defined it with several definitions, including the definition of Dr. Muhammad Abdul Qadir Abu Faris: Al-Shura: It means to stir up the different opinions and viewpoints put forward in a case and to test it by the people of minds and understandings until he arrives at the right one or to the right and best of them in order to work with it in order to achieve the best results

Among them is also: to elicit an opinion about the issues and problems that one encounters, and this definition includes consultation in all the problems that arise between the family, as in the right of weaning the infant by the Almighty’s saying:
(So ??if they want to separate by mutual consent and consultation, then there is no blame on them.)
And benefit from the text of the need for consultation
The Holy Qur’an offers us a lesson in adopting the system of shura, as it tells us the story of the Queen of Sheba when she received the message from Solomon to her kingdom. Islamic Sharia, and many scholars and jurists have gone to this saying, and it is not permissible for the ruler to leave it, and to be alone with his opinion without the advice of Muslims from the people of Shura, and it is not permissible for the nation to remain silent on that and to leave him alone in opinion without it, and this is a matter of tyranny in opinion Here, this action should be denied, in accordance with the hadith of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, where he said: “Whoever among you sees an evil, let him change it with his hand.
The nation is a sinner for abandoning the duty of enjoining good and forbidding evil, and this is what societies seek to strengthen the social aspect, which leads to the rejection of extremism and the liberation of the nation from oppression and tyranny.
Ibn Attia said: (Shura is one of the foundations of Sharia and the wills of rulings, and whoever does not consult the people of knowledge and religion, his dismissal is obligatory. There is no dispute about this).
Professor Abd al-Karim Zidan - may God have mercy on him - said: (The agency of the head of state on behalf of the nation is a restricted agency, and one of its restrictions is that he consults with the nation...).
This shura is a kind of open dialogue and one of the best methods for educating and enlightening public opinion and strengthening the factors of love and trust between the ruler and the ruled.
