Direct support of the Dean College of Agriculture, Prof. Dr. Idham Ali Abed, and under the direct supervision of the professors of the Department of Horticulture and Landscaping, the planning and cultivation of fruit production fields was initiated at the research station of the College of Agriculture, University of Anbar, and a number of deciduous fruits (pomegranate and grapes) were planted pears, apples, peaches, pears, apricots) and mastic (oranges, lankie, and olives).  It is noteworthy that these orchards will be used to carry out the research of graduate students in the Department of Horticulture and Landscaping and will be productive orchards in the next few years. Here we must commend the unlimited support of the Deanship of the College of Agriculture for providing all the work requirements such as providing mechanisms, workers, seedlings, fertilizers and irrigation systems.
