The research of the student with Phd degree Salem Faisal Jaber started with the experiment subject Using siRNA technology and different breeding systems to domesticate local chickens and their impact on productive, physiological, and behavioral traits under the supervision of Assist. Prof. Dr. Salwan Mahmood Abdulateef.

This study was carried out in two stages, the first is the hatching stage and the second is the distribution of birds in the field. The preventive program and vaccinations were used, as well as the homogenization of the herd with the application of lighting, heat, and humidity programs. This study aims to raise the productive efficiency of local chickens by using modern breeding methods to increase the physiological response and improve the performance of local chickens.
