In order to improver the practical part of the basic courses for undergraduate students by achieving the most benefit of attending the lessons at the department of Food Science, laboratory experiments were carried out as part of the practical lectures of "Fundementals of Food Technology" course for the 1st stage students under the supervision of their lecturer Mrs. Fadwa Waleed Abdulqahar.
