In order to activate the agreement signed between Anbar University-College of Agriculture and Mosul University-College of Agriculture and Forestry, Prof. Dr. Ali Amin Yassin, one of our faculty’s lecturer  and head of the Department of Food Sciences, participated in the discussion of a doctoral student (Muhannad Mumtaz Saleh) in the Department of Food Sciences/College of Agriculture and Forestry/ University of Mosul, for its tagged message (resistance of some wheat varieties to fungi that produce toxins and the role of manufacturing processes in the concentrations of toxins).
