According to the principal of the scientific cooperation between Iraqi Agricultural colleges in all scientific aspects, Prof. Dr. Idham Ali Abed, dean of Agriculture college/ university of Anbar and Prof. Dr. Khalid Abdullah Al-Saher, dean of Agriculture college/university of Samara signed an agreement memorandum to support the cooperation between the two sides.

Prof. Dr. Idham Ali Abed showed that the signature of such agreements which include supporting coordination of exchanging scientific visits and holding conferences, seminars and workshops which aim at developing society from one side.

Prof. Dr. Dr. Khalid Abdullah Al-Saher explained that the contribution of the teaching staff of both sides in scientific discussions either A.M or Ph. D. in addition to the involved supervision of post graduated to both sides.
