Prof. Dr. Ali Amin Yassin, Head of the Department of Food Sciences in our college, participated in the membership of the public discussion committee for master’s student Rebwar Abdul-Khaleq Jalal in the Department of Food Sciences - College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences - Salahaldin University, for her thesis tagged (Antimicrobial activity of some Nanoparticles against E. coli). 0157: H7: isolation locally from meat and vegetables in Erbil City, production of Bacteriocens from lactic acid bacteria and evaluation of their role in prolonging the storage life of some dairy products. After scientific discussion and taking the amendments suggested by the committee members to the subject, the thesis was accepted with a full degree. Blessed are the efforts made. Prof. Dr. Ali Amin Yassin received a letter of thanks and appreciation from the Dean of the College for his effective role in enriching the discussion with all that is new and related to the subject...
