The students of the second stage / Department of Soil Sciences and Water resources, and Department of Plant Protection conducted a scientific trip within the lesson of Principles of Microbiology / the practical part, accompanied by  Prof. Dr. Ali Abbas Kadhum-soil sciences Dept., and Lecturer Mohammed Majid- Plant Protection Dept., to Public health laboratories in the Anbar Health Directorate, and the students were briefed on all the devices, instruments and tools used in the processes of diagnosis and isolation of microorganisms. As well as, the student learned the methods of work of the devices, and how to deal with the materials used in the processes of diagnosis and isolation. This visit comes within the directions of the Soil Sciences and Water Resources Dept. and Plant Protection Dept. to increase the practical skills of students in this field and in implementation of the plan of the Deanship of the College of Agriculture to graduate agricultural engineers trained in a manner that qualifies them to engage in the labor market.
