College of Agriculture discusses a master's thesis on the potato plant

College of Agriculture University of Anbar discussed this morning, the master’s thesis tagged with the response of two varieties of potato, Solanum tuberosum L, to organic fertilizer and spraying with zinc sulfate, by the student Salsabil Hamid Musleh, Department of Horticulture and Landscape Engineering. The committee consisted of:

Prof. Dr. Saad Abdel Wahed Mahmoud/ University of Anbar - College of Agriculture / Chairman.

Prof. Dr. Reda Mustafa Abdel-Hussein/ University of Baghdad - College of Agricultural Engineering / Member.

Assiat. Prof. Dr. Khalil Jamil Farhan/ University of Anbar - College of Agriculture / member.

Prof. Dr. Omar Hasihm Musleh/ University of Anbar - College of Agriculture / member and supervisor.

The thesis aimed at the possibility of studying the effect of adding organic fertilizers and spraying with zinc sulfate on increasing growth, yield and some qualitative characteristics of potato plants.

The researcher recommended the use of organic fertilizer and zinc sulfate as one of the main nutrients in increasing the growth and yield of potatoes.

After extensive discussion by the committee members, the letter was accepted after making the corrections recommended by the discussion committee. Mubarak to the student and the supervisor.
