Under the direct guidance of the Deanship of the Faculty of Agriculture, the Quality Assurance Unit at our College has established an extensive workshop explaining the mechanism of filling out the annual performance evaluation forms for the participants and stressing the need to document all activities that will improve the performance of the beneficiaries during their service. The workshop banned the heads of the scientific departments and a large number of teachers and staff during which there was extensive discussion about the mechanism of filling the evaluation forms and calculating the points
