With the attendance of Prof. Mushtaq Talib Al Nida, the scientific assistant of university president and in cooperation with college of Agriculture, university of Dyla and followed by Prof. Idham Ali Abd, the dean of the college and his scientific assistant Assist. Prof. Mohammed Hamdan Edan and administrative assistant Assist. Prof. Faiz Tahseen Fadhel, our college discussed, using Google Hangouts Meet thesis of post gratuated student Hazim Ahmed Mahdi entitled (Placed Changes in typical Physo-Chamical Soil types of Hashmiah Project West of Dyla Province) at discussion Hall of Agriculture college.

* The study aims at studying the physical and chemical qualities of soil at the field of studying and stating the inherted relation of the project soil and specifying the placed changes to get a sample of soil depending on modern methods of Count.

* The researcher recommended the importance of studying the placed changes using modern geological

Techineques which has a useful benefit in classification process of soil and put suitable solutions for the problems that soil suffering of which farmers could make use of them in improving soil administration and water

* After discussion, the committee rewarded the thesis
