Practical Lectures at the Department of Food Sciences

According to the instructions ordered by the deanship of our college to perform practical lectures which could add Field experience to our students, the third stage students of food sciences department produced four types of cake within the practical lecture of the technology in bread industrial. The lecture included the technique of producing different types of cake. Prof. Dr. Idham Ali Abed, dean of the college visited the educational bakery with the headmaster of food sciences department.
