Headed by Prof. Dr. Idham Ali Abed, dean of the college , with presence of  the university president's assistant for scientific affairs Prof. Dr. Muthana Mohammed Awad and the university president's assistant for administrative affairs Prof. Dr. Atheer Anwar Sharif in addition of other members, the council of the college held its eighth session of the academic year 2020 - 2021 .

The Scientific Assistant gives the necessary instructions to be ready for the final examinations of the under and post graduate students and complete the exam tablets and announce them. His presidency orders to announce the marks of the students before the exam and that the questions should be simple and clear from one hand. His presidency also asserts that the agreement memorandum between Iraqi Universities and the other ministries must be have done from the other hand.

The assistant of administrative affairs discussed many of financial and administrative affairs with the college council. Also, he pointed to the instructions of the university presidency concerning the civil defense.

The session included many aspects that the dean of the college started by explaining the central instructions of the ministry and university presidency.

The council is hosted Assist. Prof. Omar Hazim Ismail, the manager of quality guarantee section of the college in order to classify the general quality of the college and the other classifications of the college web - site. Many other matters have been discussing:

* The council discussed the research plans to each departments and the abstractions and problems which may face them

* Discussing the matters of post graduate students of the college

* Discussing the cooperation method between the college and the governmental offices.

* Discussing the mechanism of the final examinations and preparations of them including the questions and marks.
