A viva exam was held in the college of agriculture in presence of the college dean Prof. Dr. Idham Ali Abed, where MSc. student (basim kareem Falih Hassan) defended his thesis entitled (response Onion to type and level of fertilization under different plant densities). The viva committee was:

1.    Prof. Saad Abdul Wahed Mahmoud / chief of the committee - internal examiner.

2.    Prof. Omar Hashem Mosleh./ external examiner

3.    Assist. Prof. Hassan Hadi Mustafa / College of Agriculture dean/ University of Deyala /  internal examiner

4.     Prof. Maath Mohi Mohamed Shareef / supervisor

Due to the importance of the onion crop and the increase in its quality and productivity by using chemical and organic fertilizers under different plant densities, so the study aimed to obtain the best growth and yield of consumer onions through the use of the best combination of chemical and organic fertilization and the possibility of reducing the use of chemical fertilizers and partially replacing it with the use of decomposed organic fertilizers and the use of spacing Optimum between rows and between plants Results were important in such field of study and valuable Thesis accepted with minor corrections congratulations for the student and his supervisor.
