A viva of master thesis in Animal Production

 

A viva exam was held in the college of agriculture in presence of the college dean Prof. Dr. Idham Ali Abed, where MSc. student (Nabil Qahtan Abdul Razzaq) defended his thesis entitled (Effect of 17 alpha-methyltestosterone application on the performance of juveniles of common carp Cyprinus carpio L. raised in a closed water recycling system.). The viva committee was:

1- Prof. Dr. Hassan Ali Matar/ chief of the committee - internal examiner.

2- Assist. Prof. Dr.  Noha Hamid Sadiq/ External examiner

3- Assist. Prof. Dr.  Hazem Sabry Abdel Hamid/ internal examiner

4- Assist. Prof.  Dr. Ahmed Salahuddin Nasser/ supervisor

This study aimed to add 17 alpha-methyltestosterone hormone in the diets of common carp fish incubated in a closed rotating water system and to show its effect on growth rates and survival rate.

Results were important in such field of study and valuable.Thesis accepted with minor corrections. Congratulations for the student and his supervisor
