Within cultural and scientific season of Horticulture and Landscape Engineering Department for first semester of year 2020-2021, graduate students presented two seminars, which are among the requirements of first semester for Doctoral and Master’s students, the details shown below:

1-    Doctoral student Nour Amer Odeh presented a seminar entitled (The effect of spraying with growth regulators and amino acids on the growth of citrus transplants). The survival of transplants in nursery. During seminar, a detailed discussion took place, in which professors of department who hold high scientific position, as well as postgraduate students.

2-    Master’s student Louay Hussein Ali presented a seminar entitled (Organic Agriculture and its Impact on the Production of Horticultural Crops). The student explained importance of organic production of vegetables and role of organic agriculture in reducing environmental pollution, recycling waste, reducing accumulation of toxic residues in soil, preserving the environment and economy in use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides.
