Within the cooperation mechanism between the College of Engineering - Anbar University and government departments, the Department of Dams and Water Resources Engineering - College of Engineering - Anbar University today, Monday, 04/01/2024, in Al-Jarzi Hall, organized a lecture entitled:
(Integrated management of the Euphrates River in Iraq)

The lecture aims to shed light on water management in Anbar Governorate, the challenges facing the governorates located on the Euphrates River with the lack of water releases from the source, and the methods and solutions proposed to confront these challenges by adopting optimal strategies for water management, modern methods for regulating the use of water in agriculture, and modern irrigation methods, in addition to Domestic water use
At the end of the workshop, the floor was opened for discussion and many questions were answered.
The lecture was attended by the Head of the Department, Asst. Prof. Dr. Yasser Abdel Majeed Muhammad Al-Mohtaram, and a number of the department’s teachers and postgraduate and undergraduate students.
