The Pharmacology and Therapeutics Branch was established in the College of Medicine - Anbar University
In the academic year 1989, headed by Prof. Dr. Majeed Abdul Karim Lafi
. During the following years, he joined M.M. Omar Jaafar Abdul Hassan
and M.M. Muhannad Abdel Sattar and Eng. Omar Najm Abdullah and Eng. Mushtaq Talib Saleh
M.D. Hakim Ahmed Mikhlif and M.D. Younes Hammad Johan and M.M. Omar Salem Ibrahim Al-Janabi
And Prof. Dr. Khaled Abdullah Al-Rawi, and in the year 1997, postgraduate studies were inaugurated in the branch.
