Legal Division
The Legal Division in the college is considered one of the divisions linked, according to the organizational structure, to the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, which represents the link between the college and other state institutions with regard to legal matters, and whose head is a holder of a bachelor’s degree with the title of legal assistant, and he graduates to become a legal expert or a holder of advanced degrees. The division has duties. Of which:-
1- Providing legal advice to the Deanship of the College.
2- Organizing sponsorships for primary and postgraduate students.
3- Organizing guarantees related to employee advances.
4- Representing the college in litigation and pleading in defense of the college’s rights before the judiciary.
5- Participation in investigative committees in accordance with the Discipline of State and Public Sector Employees Law No. 14 of 1991.
6- Participation in investigative committees and in accordance with Student Discipline Instructions No. 160 of 2007, amended.
7- Organizing legal obligations.
8- Participation in committees where one of its members must be legal.
9- Spreading the spirit of legal awareness to college members by giving lectures and seminars of a legal nature.
