The workshop was opened by reading verses of the Holy Quran and then the national anthem

The Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Science, Prof. Dr. Muwaffaq Asaad Al-Heeti, Dr. Majeed Hameed Majeed, and Mr. Haitham Ismael Mohammed participated in a workshop on motor learning in the College of Physical Education and Sports Science-Karbala University from 5 to 6/12/2018. The workshop was attended by more than 375 academic personalities from different Iraqi universities. 

     The workshop was opened by reading verses of the Holy Quran and then the national anthem, and reading the verse of Al-Fatihah on the lives of the martyrs of Iraq. The first day of the workshop included dialogue sessions and lectures, including practical applications of brain research in learning and practical applications of the educational unit. The second day included lectures on research errors in motor learning and a lecture on modern strategies to treat the deficit in learning.

     The purpose of this workshop was to standardize the terms of motor learning, and to identify the latest aids in the process of learning where our college was actively involved in this workshop.

     At the end, the Dean delivered the recommendations of the workshop and he praised at the same time the efforts of the workshop's supervisors thanking them and wishing them success. The Dean and the participants of our college in this workshop were also honored.
