College of Physical Education and Sport Sciences at the University of Anbar and in cooperation with the Continuous Learning Center and Iraqi Scientific Sport Association for Basketball Branch held on Monday dated 25/1/2021 a developing training course of basketball for the College's students which lasted for three days and presented by the lecturers:

1.International referee / Prof. Dr. Ali S. Al-Fartousi / Al-Mustansiriyah University.

2.International referee / Asst. Prof. Dr. Udai A. Al-Rubaee / University of Dyala. 

3.Instructor Ali Khalid Mekhlef / University of Anbar.

The course was attended by the Deputy Dean Dr. Labeeb Z. Museikh and Deputy Dean for Administrative Affairs Prof. Dr. Adnan F. Omer and Prof. Dr. Waad A. Farhan the Representative of the instructors at the College as well as the Responsible of the Public Relations and Media Department at the University of Anbar Presidency Prof Dr. Ahmed Al-Rashid and a number of the College's instructors and students. The opening of the course witnessed delivering a speech by the Deputy Dean Dr. Labeeb Z. Museikh in which he welcomed the attendance after that the lecturers started delivering their lectures and the axles they dealt with were on top of them the law and the duties of the referees inside the stadium and explained them theoretically for the students and then the participants directed to the sport hall at the College to complete the axle requirements by explaining and applying it practically in addition to the axle of forward and backward inside the stadium and arbitration on the cases and faults that occurring in the stadium. The lecturers concluded their first day of the course by explaining detailed images and posters for the cases and faults that take place during playing determining each fault with its sign and how to deal with it.
