The College of Agriculture - University of Anbar discussed this morning, MSc. student Najim Abdullah Sahar Al Hamadany in the presence of Prof. Dr. Idham Ali Abed, Dean of the College of Agriculture, a Master thesis entitled Response of the potato plant to the addition of bio-stimulants (Bacteria Pseudomonas fluorescens and fungal Trichoderma harzianum. The discussion committee consisted of:

The study aimed to use bacterial and fungal bio-stimulants and their role in improving potato production. The study concluded that the addition of biological and mineral fertilizers combined led to an increase in the vegetative total, growth characteristics and yield of botato. In addition to maintaining soil fertility.

The researcher recommended adding bio-stimulants and using them as a supplement to mineral fertilizers through the production of biological vaccines, cheaper and more effective.
