College of Agriculture discusses a master's thesis on melatonin in local ewes

College of Agriculture University of Anbar discussed this morning, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Idham Ali Abed, Dean of the College, the master’s thesis tagged the effect of using melatonin and Shannan extract with vaginal sponges topically for local Iraqi ewes for student Heba Ihsan Atallah, Department of Animal Production. The committee consisted of:

Assist. Prof. Dr Najeeb Muhammad Hussein / College of Agriculture - University of Anbar / member and supervisor

 The study aimed to find out the effect of treatment with melatonin and Shannan extract with sponges in controlling the bacteria that cause vaginal infections to raise the fertility rate of local ewes.

The researcher recommended using melatonin and Shannan extract topically with vaginal sponges to increase the reproductive performance of local ewes.

 After extensive discussion by the committee members, the thesis was accepted with a satisfactory degree after making the corrections recommended by the discussion committee... Mubarak to the student and the supervisor.
