Within the scheduled syllabus for the current academic year, graduate students in Soil Sciences and Water Resources Dept. presented two seminars. Doctoral student “Mustafa Mahmood Yaaqob” presented a seminar entitled “Determining the Fertilizer Needs of Nitrogen and Potassium for Quinoa Plant (Chenopodium quinoa) under Iraqi Soil Conditions.The researcher explained the optimum level of nitrogen and potassium addition in the growth and productivity of quinoa and the determinants of their use in Iraqi soils. Master's student Saja Khalid Kaddouri also presented a seminar entitled "The Study of Presence and Diagnosis of the Most Important Types of Bacterial Fertilizers and Their Enzymatic Activity in Some Sustainable Agricultural Fields". Where the researcher monitored the enzymatic activity of bacteria of bacterial fertilizers in agricultural fields. During the seminar, a detailed discussion took place, in which the staff of the department and graduate students participated. .... All the best to our dear students.
