The college of agriculture witnessed the discussion of a master's thesis entitled (Study Of gypsum Distribution nature and its relationship to the productive ability of Some Lands of Karma District in AL- Anbar Governorate) for the student (Burhan hameed khalaf Al mohammedi) on Monday 27/9/2021. Dean of the college of agriculture Prof. Dr. Idham Ali Abid attended a part of the discussion.

The discussion committee consisted of:

1. Prof. Dr. Farhan Muhammed Jassim / college of agriculture-university of Anbar (Chairman).

2. Prof. Dr. Salah Murshid Farhan/ college of agriculture- University of Kufa (member).

3. Assist. Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ali Fayyad/ College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences - University of Duhok - Member

4. Assist. Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Moneim Hassan / college of agriculture university of Anbar (Member and supervisor).

Study aimed to characterize and classify gypsum soils in the Al-Jazeera region in the Karma district according to the modern American system (Soil Taxonomy, 2014). As well as the effect of the irrigation, spraying and drip irrigation methods used in the study area on some morphological, physical, chemical and micro morphological properties of gypsum soils. And then classify the gypsum lands of the study area in terms of their productive capacity. The results were important. After comprehensive discussion, the discussion committee accepted the thesis and Congratulations the student on Obtaining his Master's Degree.
