With the beginning of  new year 2021-2022, Prof. Dr. Samir Abed Ali Horticulture and Landscape Engineering Department head ,  met with the students of department, during meeting students were instructed to adhere to university instructions and make full use of the time to complete a successful academic year, especially after two-year interruption Because of Corona pandemic, also stressed the practical aspect and need to benefit from the fields, laboratories, research and production facilities in department, and also stressed need to adhere to health prevention and implement preventive instructions to avoid spread of coronavirus infections among students.  Chairman Dept.  Listened to students' requests and problems that could obstruct the educational process. He stressed the need to overcome these problems. The head of the department explained facilities provided by Deanship to Horticulture Department and the unlimited support provided by College Dean.

In conclusion, the head of department wished that this year would be a distinguished academic year crowned with success.
