A viva exam was held in the college of agriculture in presence of the college dean Prof. Dr. Idham Ali Abed, where MSc. student (Aws Ougla Mahmood Al- Kubaisi) defended his thesis entitled (The Relative Advantage of Sheep Breeding In Iraq For The Year 2020(Al-Rutba District As An Applied Sample).
The viva committee was:

1.    Prof. Dr. Ali Darub Kassar/ College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences - University of Baghdad - Head.

2.    Assistant Professor Saad Abdul Karim Hammad College Of Agriculture- University Of Anbar- Member

3.    Dr. Nassif Jassim Mohammed/ College of Agriculture – University of   Tikrit - Member.

4.    Professor Mishaal Abed Khalaf College Of Agriculture- University Of Anbar- Member and Co-Supervisor

The study mainly aimed at evaluating agricultural policies for sheep production and breeding in Anbar Governorate using the Policy Analysis Matrix - Rutba District, an applied model - in order to know the actual production volume and to reach its efficiency associated with Arab and international production based on the comparative advantage values ​​in the Policy Analysis Matrix; To show the impact of these policies on sheep breeding and marketing.

The study reached the conclusions that the Rutba district has a comparative advantage in the production of sheep and can be one of the outlets that generate external income for the Iraqi state. The letter was accepted after making the minor corrections recommended by the discussion committee. Congratulations to the student and the supervisor.
