Prof. Dr. Idham Ali Abed, Agriculture college dean  participant the high committee meeting as a representative of Anbar province which had formed by a presidency office order to prepare a study and recommendations for Agricultural investment in desert of Anbar , Muthana , Dewaniah , and Karbalaa .

The meeting was hold in the general secretary of the cabinet.

Deputy Secretary-General Dr. Farhad Namat Allah Hussein attended meeting with deputies of Agriculture and Water resources, environment ministries in addition to a number of consultants and the deans of Agriculture colleges with geology office .

After a series of discussions concerning Iraqi deserts in those provinces, many recommendations have been performing to the offices they may concern:
