Teaching participation from the Department of Agricultural Economics / College of Agriculture / University of Anbar as a supervisor in a committee to discuss the doctoral student Noor Amer Ali’s tagged (An economic analysis of the impact of agricultural legislation in the formulation agricultural policies in Iraq and achieving sustainable development goals), where Prof. Dr. Ali Darub Kassar participated in a committee the discussion, which consisted of the following:

The study aimed to analyze the role of agricultural legislation in redistributing income and its impact on agricultural ownership, as well as evaluating the results of the application of agricultural legislation by relying on some economic and financial standards, and knowing the role of agricultural legislation in supporting the steps of agricultural policies in Iraq and analyzing the problems that agricultural legislation faced Finally, the appropriateness of legislation issued in the agricultural sector to achieve the goals of sustainable development.

The results were promising and important, and the thesis was accepted after making the minor corrections recommended by the Mubarak Discussion Committee to the student and the supervisor.
